ZGDJ-X1 Distributed Fault Location System is an advanced lightning monitoring device independently developed and produced by Sichuan Zhongguang Lightning Protection Technologies Co., Ltd. The system moves the traditional fault location device from the secondary side of the substation to the line, directly obtains the fault current traveling wave, conducts coordinated analysis through multiple detection points of fault current traveling wave, and finally obtains the fault point location. Compared with the traditional failure-recording & distance-determining device and traveling wave positioning device, the distributed fault location is more realistic in extracting the current traveling wave, and the calculation result is corrected by combining the line running state information, which can greatly improve the positioning accuracy. At the same time, for lightning interference, the system makes full use of the time-domain information of the lightning current traveling wave, and analyzes the polarity and energy spectrum respectively, which can effectively identify the lightning strike type and further guide the operation department to formulate a targeted lightning protection plan. The system can quickly determine the fault zone and the fault location, shorten the fault repair time, greatly improve the power supply reliability, and reduce the direct and indirect losses caused by the fault, suitable for interval location and accurate positioning of trip faults of power lines of various voltage levels of 35kV and above.
