ZGDG-15 High Efficient Ion Grounding Electrode
Product code : 1490068250
The ZGDG-15 High Efficient Ion Grounding Electrode, filled with the high efficient ion compound crystal, is made of stainless steel, ensuring high conductivity and corrosion resistance. With the specially-made high efficient ion compound and highly polymerized hygroscopic material, the active ions infiltrate into the surrounding soil after absorbing and deliquescing, to reduce grounding resistance, even in the places with high soil resistivity
Features
The ZGDG-15 High Efficient High Ion Grounding Electrode contains the reversible slow release filler, featured by absorption and reversibility. It can not only absorb 100-500 times of water for itself, but also release water to keep balance when the circumstances are dry. This reversibility ensures the effective humidity inside the shell and the stability of grounding resistance. Ions, which are produced in this way, absorb water to release active and high efficient ones to the ground, making the grounding electrode an ion producer and further improving the soil. The optimization is produced by the interaction of the external filler and internal high efficient ion filler to reduce resistivity of soil around the shell, meanwhile, a slow-release transition zone is formed to enlarge the equivalent cross-section area and contact area, eliminate the contact resistance between the grounding electrode and soil, and improve the electric-field distribution. The fillers can well penetrate into soil, enlarging the current-scattering area. (See Fig.1)

Configuration
Overall dimensions: Ф51mm×1520mm
Standards Complied Q/75875187-9·6-2011 Grounding Body Installation, Usage And Maintenance
Installation
1. Drilling a hole
Drill a hole (Φ160mm×2200mm) vertical to the ground in the selected construction site.
2. Preparing the filler
Prepare the filler (fluid substance) by adding some water to the hole, with the depth half of that of the hole.
3. Burying
(1) Take apart the adhesive tape;
(2) Place it in the hole, and the top of the grounding electrode should be parallel to the horizontal grounding grid;
(3) Connect the lead-out wire;
(4) Fill in the filler around the grounding electrode until 100mm from the top, measure the grounding resistance, and fill the soil around the electrode when requirements are met.
