Characteristics and the usage of resin cable ties in the telecommunications industry

Resin cable ties are made of PA66 or PA6 having structures of 3 main components: Restracted heads, bodies and tails.

Characteristics

Resin Cable Ties are featured with 3 components:

- Restracted head is a small head having lock.

- The retracted body is the longest component, consisting of the serrated eyes, it is the length of restracted cable tie that can be used to restract.

- Restracted tail is a slippery plastic part, without short eyes of 2-5 cm.

Materials: Synthetic resins

Size: Diverse, serve different purposes, the length can be from 100mm to 700mm.

Properties: Resin cable ties with good elasticity and bearing strength, bearing capacity from 5 to 55 kilograms depending on types. Resin restracted ties also have good antioxidant properties, however, with low heat resistance, only under 150 degrees.

Notice that restracted tie is used only one time, when not using, use a knives or cissors to cut.
