Job Description
+/Main Responsibilities:
• Working with Customer in Presales/Post Sales stage regarding: Networking (Routing and Switching) and System (Server & Storage).
• Be responsible for Technical support, Project implementation (System Integration) and troubleshooting during Post-Sales stage.
• Coordinate with Manufacturers, Customers on troubleshooting; and jointly confirm the restoration of the Fault.
• Implement Hardware Support Services, SLA Services.

+/Job Requirements
Main Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering/Computer Networking Engineering or related field of study.
• Having good knowledge about System/Networking including configuration, system integration.
• Be good at English communication (at least reading is required)
• Working Experiences: 1-2 Years working in System / Networking or freshmen can be applied and will be trained.
• Having CCNA and other IT certifications is an advantage.
• Having knowledge about autocad to understand the drawings from customers

• Being proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
