2. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

Take responsibility on the assigned projects. Details as below:

- Consulting and giving IT Solutions based on customers’ requirements.
- Working on Project Implementation & Management
- Working on Operation & Maintenance for premium customers
- Supporting in Customers issues in SLA with your best effort
- Improving IT system and internal process
- Taking care of Middle/Large Projects from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales phases.
- Monitoring project quality by managing & co-ordinating vendor(s) works.
- Leading, giving advice other junior engineers and support them in their project implementation.
- Leading small group of Engineers in project implementation, controlling and managing progress status, reporting to line manager timely.

- Other duties will be discussed in the interview.

 

3. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Graduating in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Being self-motivation, Initiative and good at teamwork skills.
- Having at least 3-year experience in a similar position.
 

- Having knowledge about networking, servers, network system. Because your job is making Consultation & creating technical solutions for:
- Network (Cisco; Extreme Networks; etc.)
- Server (HP; DELL, etc.)
- PABX (Panasonic; NEC; Avaya; etc.)
- System (Microsoft, VMware; etc.)


- Cisco/Microsoft Certificate is a plus.
- English: Being good at reading technical documents and writing emails skills.
